Terms of service

Last updated: October 2, 2026

1. The service

ReleaseDesk AI provides a hosted workspace for capturing, triaging, scoring, and routing inbound press releases and editorial signals. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for your account credentials, for activity that happens under your account, and for ensuring that the email addresses you invite are people you have permission to contact.

3. Your data

You own the data you put into ReleaseDesk AI. We won’t read it except to operate the service you’ve asked for (e.g., to process an AI extraction) or to comply with law. You can export workspace content from settings. Personal account departure preserves shared editorial records. Workspace deletion requires administrator authority and the security and billing checks shown in settings. Operators may read submitted support requests to assist you; requests do not automatically include source material.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use the service to harass people, send spam, store illegal content, or attempt to disrupt the service for others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and include the limits shown on the pricing page. You can cancel through the billing portal. Existing data remains readable and exportable when a trial or subscription is inactive, but new processing may pause.

6. Service availability

The service may change during the pilot period and is provided as-is. The status page reports availability for the current request and signed-in workspace health; it is not a platform-wide incident feed. We do not promise a service level agreement unless it is included in a separate signed order.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and will identify the updated date on this page. Any additional notice obligations are governed by your service agreement and applicable law.
