Common questions
What happens after the trial?
Your existing data stays available, but new capture and routing pause until an admin chooses a paid plan.
What counts as a processed signal?
A signal counts when ReleaseDesk runs extraction and scoring on a newly captured item. Replaying the same webhook does not count twice.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your workspace becomes read-only. You can export your data or delete the workspace from Settings.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Workspace admins can change plans through the secure billing portal.
